Jon is the Training and Competence Manager at One Four Nine Group.
Working alongside the Chief Compliance Officer, Jon is responsible for the implementation and on-going management of the Group’s Adviser Training. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure the highest levels of skills, knowledge and expertise are achieved and maintained Groupwide.
Having previously worked as an independent financial adviser, before moving into compliance centred roles within financial advice businesses, Jon has first-hand experience of the training required for financial advisers to meet regulatory standards. He is passionate about guiding advisers to help them review and improve their performance.
