Joanne supports Natalie across all the operational HR deliverables centred around One Four Nine’s people. Working alongside each One Four Nine Wealth Location, she works on specific HR projects to advise and support the team.
She has over 18 years’ experience as an HR generalist, Joanne has vast experience working with a broad spectrum of staff, stretching across the whole employee life cycle and supporting the most to the least experienced employees.
She is Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualified.
