Natalie is the Group’s Human Resources Manager.
Natalie supports the operational HR deliverables centred around all of One Four Nine’s people. She partners with each One Four Nine Wealth Location advising and supporting them on all local HR initiatives and activities.
With over 20 years’ experience as an HR generalist, Natalie has worked in all aspects of Strategic and Operational HR across multiple sectors. Her specialisms are employee wellbeing and engagement, employee relations cases, HR systems and the implementation of HR policy and practices.
She is Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) qualified.
