Steven is the Group’s Operations Manager.
Supporting the Chief Operating Officer, he is an integral member of the Operations team responsible for the migration and integration of firms into a centralised client database and works with all One Four Nine IFA Locations to ensure they have the appropriate training to adopt new processes and procedures.
Having worked across a variety of roles for over a decade within the financial advice industry, Steven has accumulated a wealth of experience and a vast skill set. His passion is in helping clients achieve what is important to them whether that is early stage or later life financial planning. With a thorough understanding of a suite of financial planning tools and the centralised systems at One Four Nine Steven is ideally placed to guide and ensure consistency of client processes across the Group.
