Joy has over 25 years in financial services and has been a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society since 2023.
Over her career Joy has amassed a detailed understanding of all areas of advice including pensions, investments, estate planning, and long term care. Appreciating that everyone is different, Joy’s approach is to take time to explore in depth the needs and aspirations of her clients before working with them to develop a comprehensive financial plan centred around their lifestyle.
Joy believes in supporting her clients through their financial planning journey so they feel reassured and have a greater understanding of their finances to ensure best client outcomes. In recognition of her dedication to working with vulnerable clients, Joy was proud to have been a finalist of the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2023.
