Jon is the Training and Competence Manager at One Four Nine Group.
Working alongside the Chief Compliance Officer, Jon is responsible for the implementation and on-going management of the Group’s Adviser Training. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure the highest levels of skills, knowledge and expertise are achieved and maintained Groupwide.
Beth is the Human Resources Manager for the Group.
Beth supports the operational HR deliverables centred around all of One Four Nine’s people. She partners with each One Four Nine Wealth Location advising and supporting them on all local HR initiatives and activities.
Meetul is the Group’s Head of Finance.
Meetul supports the Chief Financial Officer on all strategic and operational matters across the business and will work with each One Four Nine Wealth Location on the day-to-day running of the Group.
Steven is One Four Nine Group’s Head of IT.
Supporting the Chief Operating Officer, he leads on the migration and integration of firms into a centralised IT service across the Group. Steven will work with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to understand their IT requirements and current challenges to deliver a smooth transition into the Group IT Service.
Donna is One Four Nine Group’s Novation and Reconciliation Manager.
As vitally important position for a growing Group, Donna is responsible for managing the reconciliation of income into the centralised back-office system. She works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure a consistent approach is maintained.
Steven is the Group’s Operations Manager.
Supporting the Chief Operating Officer, he is an integral member of the Operations team responsible for the migration and integration of firms into a centralised client database and works with all One Four Nine IFA Locations to ensure they have the appropriate training to adopt new processes and procedures.
Natalie is the Group’s Human Resources Manager.
Natalie supports the operational HR deliverables centred around all of One Four Nine’s people. She partners with each One Four Nine Wealth Location advising and supporting them on all local HR initiatives and activities.
Joanne is a Human Resources Manager for the Group.
Joanne supports Natalie across all the operational HR deliverables centred around One Four Nine’s people. Working alongside each One Four Nine Wealth Location, she works on specific HR projects to advise and support the team.
Elena is a Senior Compliance Associate at One Four Nine.
An essential role within the Group’s Risk and Compliance function, Elena supports One Four Nine’s Chief Compliance Officer and the Training and Competence Manager to ensure consistent Group compliance standards are adhered to.
Rosie is One Four Nine’s Investment Analyst.
Working alongside Bevan, our Chief Investment Officer, Rosie is responsible for macro-economic, fund research and portfolio analysis of our in-house investment management solutions, with a particular focus on One Four Nine Portfolio Management’s Sustainable Portfolios. Rosie works closely with One Four Nine Wealth Locations supporting Bevan on the financial commentary and performance updates of our portfolios.
Neil is One Four Nine’s Financial Analyst.
Supporting Matt Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, Neil is involved in all financial and operational management of resources across the Group. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations implementing and monitoring new consistent standards on information gathering and reporting of monthly MI for Group management and the Board. Additionally, he provides support on areas including financial performance, treasury and all cash flow management activities.
Lian is the Change and Implementation Manager at One Four Nine Group.
She is responsible for the training and delivery into One Four Nine’s common technology centred systems and processes. Lian works closely with all Locations to ensure a best practice approach across all aspects of our in-house operational system.
Adam is the Marketing Manager for the Group.
He is responsible for the One Four Nine marketing strategy and implementation through the Group. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure that a consistent approach is applied and maintained to all marketing activities.
