Lian is the Change and Implementation Manager at One Four Nine Group.
She is responsible for the training and delivery into One Four Nine’s common technology centred systems and processes. Lian works closely with all Locations to ensure a best practice approach across all aspects of our in-house operational system.
Following a career change as a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Lian has been working within the financial industry for almost a decade. She has a comprehensive understanding of client related administration and processes and has developed a keen ability to demonstrate its importance alongside supportive Groupwide training.
