One Four Nine Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

One Four Nine Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in Support of Alzheimer’s Society

A team of 20 from One Four Nine Group will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Friday 29 August to help raise funds for our Charity Partner of the Year, Alzheimer’s Society!

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a 24 mile round trip route, including 1585 metres (2500ft) of ascent. The challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres), completing all three peaks in under 12 hours.

If the challenge wasn’t difficult enough already, One Four Nine Wealth West Bridgford Planner Alex Chamberlain will be attempting to run up and down the Three Peaks instead of walking! Alex has been rigorously training the past few months with 5am runs in the morning to prepare.

If you would like to support the team’s fantastic efforts for a brilliant cause, you can donate to Alzheimer’s Society via our One Four Nine Group Yorkshire Three Peaks team Just Giving page here.

Thank you in advance for your support, and good luck to the team!
