Maria is based in Glasgow for McCrea Financial Services that became part of One Four Nine Group in February 2023. She has over 45 years’ experience in financial services, having specialised in Regulated Financial Advice for the previous 27 years. Having qualified as a Financial Adviser in 1997, Maria has continued her studies by gaining the diploma QCF level 4 qualification, followed by the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate. She is currently studying for her final exam to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner, QCF Level 6.
Outside of the office, Maria and her husband are both keen Formula 1 fans although support different teams! They enjoy having their two daughters, son-in-law and four grandchildren for Sunday dinner on race days, where Maria and her husband take turns to cook the national dish of the country hosting the race weekend. Away from Formula 1, Maria has kayaked more Lochs than she has climbed Munro’s.
